When can I pick up my custom built system?

. You can arrange that with us when you place your order, but generally budget 7 days for your system to be built.

How do I get a password?

Submit a credit application on the website to get a password to access the wholesale section of the website. After that you will be contacted with a username and password to see the products that we carry and their costs

After my order has been placed, when will it ship?

Orders usually ship the next business day after we receive payment unless it is a special order item then it will ship within 5 days

What is your RMA Policy?

We have a 45 Day DOA period where we will ship out the defective product immediately. After the 45 days it must be returned to the factory for replacement and subject to their RMA policy

We can ship to Canada and throughout the United States only

If I order something and it turns out I don't need it?

We do not give full refunds if the product is opened and you decide not to keep it. You can return it for a 25% restocking fee. We will credit you the amount of your purchase less 25%. Some customer orders are eligible for store credit only.
