We sell through our retail store, on-site and on-line. We provide equipment and labor to town institutions, schools, individuals, small businesses and offer both wholesale and retail. In order to keep the business simple and fair for all parties we offer the following terms and conditions on all sales:
Labor:
No refunds or returns.
30 Day warranty on labor unless otherwise stated.
Software:
7 Day returns for like item exchange only
No exchanges
No refunds
Hardware:
7 Day return for store credit (unless marked as is)
NO refunds
Manufacturers may warranty their products in addition to our store credit policy
All deposits and prepayments are converted to store credit if not picked up, refused shipments, or order is cancelled.
Store credits are valid for 90 days of original payment.
Store credits expire after 90 DAYS
Manager Options:
In order to allow some additional flexibility our management may choose to offer the following addition terms and conditions:
1. One time extension of store credit for 30 additional days (from 90 to 120 days)
2. Buy back the store credit for 25% restocking fee
It is not the obligation for management to do either 1. or 2.
It is a manager's option designed to provide additional good will.
All transactions are subject to the laws of New York State.
All customers agree to settle all suits in Albany County, New York jurisdiction.
Liberteks is held harmless for damage caused by any equipment of labor.
Liberteks is held harmless for damage caused by data loss.
In order for Liberteks to be liable for any additional damages intent to harm or negligence must be proved.
Error or disagreement doesn't create customer rights beyond stated above.
