What's the true cost of IT

What is the best way to determine the true cost of IT for the client?

Often I am asked; “what would you even put in that expense category?” I have special tools that show how many local and national companies have calculated their "true cost of IT". These technology costs can then be managed and systematically reduced.

With local IT projects targeted to generate $20-$33/dollar invested; this is a wonderful opportunity to support accounting's role towards the improvement and reporting of company performance. In under an hour these tools simplify the process of how to make this happen.

I’m happy to run the numbers for any small business.
